1. Services

UrbanGlow Auto Care provides doorstep car wash and detailing services including, but not limited to:

• Exterior & Interior Cleaning

• Complete Car Wash

• Deep Cleaning & Detailing

• Subscription-based car care services

Services are subject to availability based on location, time slots, and weather conditions.

2. Bookings & Appointments

• All bookings are subject to confirmation by UrbanGlow Auto Care.

• Customers are requested to provide accurate details (address, vehicle type, contact number).

• Advance booking is recommended for faster service.

• UrbanGlow reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, equipment issues, staff availability, etc.).

3. Subscription Plans

• Subscription services are valid only for the selected duration (e.g., 12 months).

• Wash counts mentioned in subscription plans must be utilized within the subscription period.

• Unused washes will not be carried forward or refunded.

• Subscription plans are non-transferable and applicable to one vehicle only.

• Quarterly deep cleaning (if included) will be provided as mentioned instead of a regular wash.

4. Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Payments must be made through approved payment methods (UPI, cash, or other methods communicated).

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Once payment is made, refunds will not be provided except in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of UrbanGlow Auto Care.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customers must inform at least 24 hours in advance for cancellation or rescheduling.

• Same-day cancellations may be considered as a used service.

• No refunds for partially used subscription plans.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customer must ensure vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.

• Adequate space and water/electricity (if required) should be available, unless otherwise agreed.

• UrbanGlow will not be responsible for delays caused due to unavailability of the vehicle.

7. Damage & Liability

• UrbanGlow Auto Care uses professional tools and trained staff to ensure scratch-free washing.

• However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing scratches, dents, paint damage, or weak parts

  • Damage caused due to poor vehicle condition or aftermarket fittings

• Any concerns must be reported immediately after service completion.

8. Safety & Conduct

• Our staff has the right to refuse service in case of unsafe working conditions or inappropriate customer behavior.

• Customers must not interfere with the service process.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, images, text, and designs are the property of UrbanGlow Auto Care and must not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Privacy

Customer information shared with UrbanGlow Auto Care will be used only for service-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

11. Changes to Terms

UrbanGlow Auto Care reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Karimnagar, Telangana courts only.
