UrbanGlow Auto Care customer convenience ko priority deta hai. Is Cancellation Policy ka purpose appointments aur subscription services ko smoothly manage karna hai.

1. Service Appointment Cancellation

• Customers are requested to cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be treated as a used service.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

2. Subscription Cancellation

• Subscription plans once activated cannot be cancelled.

• No refund will be provided for:

  • Unused or partially used washes

  • Early cancellation by the customer

• Subscription benefits remain valid only for the original subscription period.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling is allowed subject to slot availability.

• Frequent rescheduling requests may lead to restricted booking privileges.

• UrbanGlow reserves the right to assign a new time slot if the preferred slot is unavailable.

4. Company-Initiated Cancellation

UrbanGlow Auto Care may cancel or reschedule services due to:

• Bad weather conditions

• Technical or equipment issues

• Staff unavailability

• Safety concerns

In such cases, an alternative date or time will be provided. No monetary compensation will be applicable.

5. Emergency Exceptions

In genuine emergency situations, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of UrbanGlow Auto Care.
